16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence

Today marks the beginning of 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence (GBV). This campaign is critical to the work we do. When crises like natural disasters or conflicts occur, women & girls are disproportionately impacted and the risk of GBV increases as access to critical services is harder to come by.

Protecting women & girls from these risks is at the forefront of Living Green Cameroon’s work. With our partners, we provide safe spaces & psychosocial support, promoting gender equality and women’s economic empowerment by providing vocational and business training directly to women and girls. We also work hand in hand with social workers & case workers to provide care.
